Did you know for instance an overflow of water coming from your header tank in the attic may in fact seem to you a harmless faulty ball valve which needs replaced but in many cases this is not the cause. In fact your vent pipe may be blowing in hot water filling your header tank and causing the overflow which in turn is also damaging the boiler abd not to mention the radiators bursting or worse the boiler bursting.
